At this years «One belt one road» (OBOR) meeting the Chinese president Xi Jinping presented what aims to be the biggest infrastructure project in history to create a Chinese driven globalization project, that will dispense with the rules of the aging western dominated institutions. In his plans China will lead a new eurasian economic order. While OBOR aims to shift global economic power structures it will as well change the perception of the «West» and the «East» in a geopolitical but as well in a cultural sense.
